Membership
Join a club that values community as much as the catch.
Membership provides access to our rivers, brooks, stillwaters, and canal stretches, alongside regular club news, documents, and water maps.
The club is managed by volunteers and has limited capacity. When full, we maintain a waiting list and invite new members as spaces become available.
What you receive
- Access to 3 stillwaters, 5 streams and rivers, and 5 miles of canal.
- Members-only maps, documents, and What3Words references.
- The S.H.A.G. Times newsletter archive and club updates.
- Work parties and conservation days that keep waters healthy.
Membership fees
Fees are reviewed annually by the committee. Please use the enquiry form to confirm the current season subscription and any joining details.
Waiting list
Applications are reviewed when spaces open.
We keep a fair waiting list and prioritise applicants who share the club values of respectful angling and care for the water. Applicants are contacted by email when a space becomes available.
What we need from applicants
- Full name and contact details.
- Fishing interests (fly, coarse, stillwater, river).
- Agreement to the club rules and water etiquette.
